Aniston is to guest star in TV comedy

Jennifer Aniston is to guest star in an episode of an acclaimed US sitcom.

The Associated Press reports that Aniston’s publicist Stephen Huvane said that the star was currently filming a guest appearance for ‘30 Rock’.

There were no details on whether Aniston would be playing herself or a fictitious character in the series.

The third series of ‘30 Rock’ will debut on US television in October.
